1. Preparation
1. Depending on the condition of your timber, you may need to sand the surface to remove any stains or deterioration. Make sure to remove all sanding dust before beginning the application!
2. Proper preparation is key to achieving the best finish! Clean with Feast Watson Woodclean to ensure your timber is primed for transformation.

3. Apply your first coat of Matt Look Decking Oil along the lengths of the timber boards. Don't forget about the edges!
4. Leave your deck to dry for 4 hours. Go make yourself a cup of tea, put your feet up, and read a book.
5. When dry, apply a second coat as above. Leave to dry for 12 hours. If your deck has full sun exposure, surrounds a pool, or is in humid areas, we recommend applying a third coat for extra protection.
